A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Prices
Prices are per night and per apartment, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights and 2-person occupancy.
A surcharge applies for stays under 3 nights. An additional fee will be charged for extra guests.
A tourist tax of €2.40 per person/day (from 14 years of age) is required.
Cancellation policy
Up to 1 month before arrival: only the deposit will be retained.
From 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
Within the last 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Possible cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Express reference is made to the legal provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM (earlier upon request). Check-out should be by 11:00 AM.
Transfer, transport connections and parking
On request, we pick up guests from Vipiteno train station and bring them back upon departure. The bus stop is 50 meters from our farm.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €10.00 per night.
